課程概述	本課程將自動力學中最基本的擴散方程式開始討論，其後將涵蓋：一般擴散方程式、反應動力學、電子陶瓷…等內容。
課程目標	建立碩、博士生於材料科學方面之專業知識，及啟發創新思考及獨立研究之能力。
課程要求	期中考試(50%)、期末考試(50%) (open book、3小時)
